As confirmed in our last post on June 11 we are today revealing the name of our brand-new weekly video subscription.
It will be called ‘Personal Trainer’
Many of us will be familiar with getting fit and achieving personal strength and body goals.
For me, the most important things in life are our family, friendships and hopes for the future.
In February, I ordered a Nordictrack treadmill which still hasn’t arrived! Having parted with my money the company has however given me and IFit subscription.
In the subscription there are hundreds of videos and live streams of personal trainers in exotic places taking you through different training programs.
In this pandemic world, when it’s been inopportune to have a personal trainer visit your home or attend the gym. Having been a little nonplussed by Apple Fitness, I’ve been blown away by how much it has helped me to shoot for a goal.
A good friend of mine and I were sitting at a barbecue a month ago and gave ourselves a challenge that on September 1 we would have an ‘abs reveal’ competition. Of course it’s just a bit of fun, but whenever you set yourself a goal in business or personal life, holding yourself accountable makes a huge difference to achievement.
Having just eaten a Pain au Raisin whilst writing this I obviously have deviations but I like my objective and whether or not it’s 100% achieved personally I’ll be extremely gratified to be pretty close.
So in the first month of the video series, we shall be teasing out of all subscribers a big hairy goal. Something in your business you want to shoot for.
Everyone will need to inform me of this goal after the end of the first month. We shall then design the series to ensure you get there.
Stay close to this and we shall explain more over the next two months leading up to the launch date September 3.
